How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days and delivery takes 2-9 business days. We email you a tracking link once your parcel is on its way, and shipping is free on every order.
Can I return a kit?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, in line with our returns policy (kit unused and unassembled). We send a prepaid return label at no cost. If a part is damaged or missing, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will help put it right.
Do I need any experience?
No. Every kit includes illustrated step-by-step instructions, so beginners can follow along comfortably.
What else do I need to build one?
Most kits need craft glue and batteries, which are not included. Each product page lists what is in the box.
